Support Tyson Ingredient Solutions Group corporate accounting by managing mill accounting staff and overseeing cost accounting, payroll, and production accounting. Lead internal and external reporting, weekly forecasts of plant operating variances, and analysis of plant performance, inventory, and production results. Assist with budgeting and the Annual Operating Plan, implement SOX controls, coordinate audits, and partner closely with operations, transportation, sales, and corporate teams.
