Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead implementation of health, safety, and transportation programs and continuously recommend improvements while ensuring compliance with EHS standards and applicable legislation.
  • •Serve as APAC lead for incident notifications and response coordination; lead incident investigation systems, processes, procedures, and controls.
  • •Analyze investigation outcomes and deliver corporate reports including root cause analysis and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Collaborate with operations, logistics, supply chain, and EHS teams to implement chemical transportation safety best practices; lead regional transportation auditing and track KPIs and action items.
  • •Provide oversight, coaching, on-the-job training, and mentoring for investigators and develop Zero Harm training standards and workshops, including guidance to carriers and 3PL partners.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years’ experience in the petrochemical or industrial sectors leading investigations.
  • •Proven experience as a lead investigator in complex investigations using RCA tools such as Apollo RCA or TapRoot.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Preferred: advanced degree and/or certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH).
  • •Fluent English and comprehensive knowledge of Health, Safety, and Transportation fundamentals.
