Operations Manager (Cars)

Own and run dubizzle Cars operations across the UAE, covering inspections, logistics, inventory management, and transfers. Lead operational process improvement, product optimization, and resource efficiency by partnering with cross-functional teams. Manage daily/weekly/monthly reporting, KPIs, audits, forecasting, budgeting, and corrective actions. Drive customer experience improvements, co-create operational flows, and oversee product ownership of the CRM and Inspection App to enable scalable change.
