Key Responsibilities

  • •Document detailed regulatory change requirements, including functional capabilities, workflow needs, business rules, reporting requirements, and timelines, and obtain required sign-offs.
  • •Identify and document current-state processes and define target-state scope, objectives, and business outcomes for the program/project.
  • •Determine data sourcing requirements, document them, and coordinate with relevant teams.
  • •Understand in-house GRIFFIN and AXIOM design and document functional specifications aligned to business requirements.
  • •Create and manage high-quality JIRAs (business requirements, mapping requirements, acceptance criteria), support sprint planning/requirements walkthroughs, align with testing and UAT expectations, and ensure regression before production releases.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate degree in Commerce, Business or Technology.
  • •11 to 13+ years as a Functional Business Analyst in technology implementation projects, including writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • •Strong knowledge of EMEA regulatory reports (COREP, Finrep, AnaCredit, ESG) and financial concepts.
  • •Ability to understand complex business processes and break them into process components, including creating process maps.
  • •Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially MS Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint) and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
