Job Summary

Commercially focused Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager sought to support a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate projects in Belgium. You will provide pre- and post-contract cost management, prepare cost plans and budgets, support procurement, manage valuations and final accounts, and deliver accurate cost reporting across multiple client accounts within a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide full pre- and post-contract cost management services across commercial real estate projects.
•Prepare cost plans, budgets, estimates, and feasibility studies at various project stages.
•Support procurement activities including tender documentation, bid analysis, and contractor recommendations.
•Manage valuations, variations, change control, and final accounts.
•Monitor project costs and provide accurate financial reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Commercial Management, or related discipline.
•Experience within quantity surveying or cost management, ideally in commercial real estate, fit-out, or construction consultancy environments.
•Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Fluent English required; Dutch and/or French would be beneficial.
