Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full pre- and post-contract cost management services across commercial real estate projects.
  • •Prepare cost plans, budgets, estimates, and feasibility studies at various project stages.
  • •Support procurement activities including tender documentation, bid analysis, and contractor recommendations.
  • •Manage valuations, variations, change control, and final accounts.
  • •Monitor project costs and provide accurate financial reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Commercial Management, or related discipline.
  • •Experience within quantity surveying or cost management, ideally in commercial real estate, fit-out, or construction consultancy environments.
  • •Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Fluent English required; Dutch and/or French would be beneficial.
