Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles remain safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Meet role requirements for notary and state-specific DMV/title/access and licensing timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading hauler vehicles in indoor/outdoor conditions.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Ability to drive frequently with excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
  • •Must pass a drug test, obtain a DOT Medical Card, and possess a valid driver’s license (and meet stated notary/licensing requirements within set timeframes).
