Key Responsibilities

  • •Quote Power Systems Controls opportunities across the U.S. West region by reviewing customer specifications and bid documents and developing customized technical and commercial proposals.
  • •Develop technical and commercial proposals for automatic transfer schemes, generator paralleling controls, load shed, and MicroGrid applications including BESS and PV.
  • •Develop and maintain pricing for standard applications and integrate pricing into PSC quotation tools while ensuring proposals are properly documented.
  • •Support the sales-to-execution process by assisting with order entry, project handoff to PSC engineers, and providing technical support to Eaton Application Engineers.
  • •Provide regular reporting and presentations on negotiation activities, market conditions, and business trends to support strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred) or 7+ years of hands-on field service, project management, and/or proposal generation experience in electrical power distribution systems.
  • •3+ years of experience in electrical industry application engineering, proposal development, project engineering, and programming related to power system applications.
  • •Must currently reside in one of: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming.
  • •Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%, primarily within the U.S. West region.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future; possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license.
