Job Summary

Own new product design and enhancements for digital water solutions, managing product lifecycle from requirements gathering through commercial release. Define product vision and long-term roadmap, collaborate with commercial and operational teams using a stage-gate process, and support revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals. Partner with Drafting, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support; develop specifications, materials and testing requirements; integrate estimates/scope with Salesforce; and maintain regulatory approvals while supporting production launches.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish design specifications and manage product lifecycle for new product design and existing product enhancements.
•Perform and direct product design and detailing, including prototyping and internal/third-party testing.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams using a stage-gate process to move products from concept to commercial release.
•Estimate projects, create scope documents, and integrate with Salesforce; establish specifications, material standards, and testing requirements.
•Collaborate with Operations on tooling, automation, and assembly processes; ensure manufacturability; support compliance approvals and provide technical support to sales and customer service.

Key Requirements

•5+ years professional experience with 3+ years in product management and/or product marketing; accredited PE/PEng or EIT is preferred.
•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
•Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced product development environment.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
•Ability to understand regulatory codes/standards and achieve product compliance.
