Indirect Procurement Specialist

Manage indirect procurement end-to-end while supporting multiple countries in the Hispanic region, with primary responsibility for the Panama site. Own procurement categories (e.g., Facilities, Technology, General Services), translate internal customer needs into sourcing strategies, develop and evaluate supplier alternatives, and lead negotiations balancing cost, quality, service level, and delivery times. Serve as the Panama site contact for internal stakeholders and vendors, coordinate site services, and track procurement KPIs with the regional Supply team.
