Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with AI Agent ideation for internal operations by identifying repetitive or low-leverage processes and documenting potential AI-augmented workflows.
  • •Support contract and document management across three entities (Canada, US, UK) and maintain operational trackers and process documentation.
  • •Help with accounts receivable/payable tracking, cash flow updates, and monthly financial analyses using QuickBooks Online.
  • •Support employee onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data maintenance in Rippling, and recruitment logistics coordination.
  • •Coordinate with vendors, external advisors, and internal stakeholders to prepare leadership and investor meeting materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Exceptional organizational skills with a high sense of ownership to keep multiple workstreams on track.
  • •Resourceful and self-starting with a curious mindset to understand underlying problems behind tasks.
  • •Genuine interest in AI and how it reshapes enterprise operations.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
