Key Responsibilities

•Teach 11-week live, online courses using engaging, student-centered instructional strategies.
•Provide timely, constructive feedback and respond to student inquiries within 24 hours.
•Host weekly office hours to deepen student understanding and build community.
•Work with Teaching Assistants to co-manage the course, including mentoring the TA on effective grading and student engagement practices.
•Evaluate student progress, maintain grade records, and submit mid quarter and end of quarter evaluations.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. (Bachelor’s with significant industry and instructional experience may be considered.)
•At least 2 years of teaching experience at the college/university level
•At least 2 years of relevant industry experience
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom facilitation skills
•Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing; digital fluency and ability to incorporate AI-powered educational tools into instruction
