•Maintain and manage existing customers to build and sustain good relationships.
•Identify and develop new customers, working closely with distributors to expand market coverage.
•Plan, execute, and coordinate marketing/promotional activities, ensuring timely feedback.
•Track market dynamics and competitors, forecast market trends, maintain stable pricing, and run regional market activities; collect and analyze data for reporting and decision support.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of sales experience, with preferred experience in fast-moving consumer goods, tobacco/alcohol, or beverage industries and distributor management.
•Strong market expansion skills, including prospecting and developing new customers through cold/unknown visits.
•Proactive approach with strong communication and learning ability, creativity/entrepreneurial spirit, and teamwork mindset to spot market opportunities.
•Strong work ethic and diligence, with a positive attitude and drive.
•Good computer skills and basic English proficiency.
