Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide rich synchronous and asynchronous Health/PE learning experiences for students.
  • •Personalize instruction and differentiate based on student mastery using prescribed tools and policies.
  • •Monitor progress through Stride K12’s learning management system and maintain grade books to support academic integrity.
  • •Communicate with and support students and parents/learning coaches, including troubleshooting in the virtual classroom.
  • •Prepare students for high-stakes standardized tests and travel occasionally for school functions and professional development.

Key Requirements

  • •North Carolina Teaching Certification required.
  • •Must have a Health/PE endorsement.
  • •Must reside in North Carolina.
