Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate ORE/OA through the remarketing process with proper documentation in accordance with FB policy and procedure.
  • •Monitor, audit, and trouble-shoot remarketing activities; support Field Agents and Remarketing Managers with access to information during and after office hours.
  • •Maintain repo files and records: create repo folders, complete repo checklists, verify and upload photos, and maintain accuracy in the Repo Database.
  • •Handle credit/transaction coordination: pull credit reports for PCO/COs, enter collateral values/watch grade changes, process credit conditions, and generate funding worksheet/check payments.
  • •Manage downstream operations for sales and accounting: review bills of sale, prepare titling and sale paperwork, manage repo sale/tax reports, process vendor invoices for approval, and file UCC on new dealers.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • •Strongly preferred: Manufactured Home Industry experience.
  • •Strongly preferred: Calyx, Argo, and loan processing experience.
  • •Basic ability in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Access.
  • •Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines with high accuracy while maintaining ethical behavior and confidentiality.
