Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure devices planned for production are implemented on the line.
  • •Block or stop the line for nonconformities until corrective actions are completed.
  • •Inform management about nonconformities using nonconformity protocols.
  • •Monitor route maps (MOC) and participate in controlling drawings for material accuracy and size; conduct material tests and experiments.
  • •Contribute to input and technological control improvements to production and product quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Ensures the implementation of devices planned to be introduced on the production line.
  • •Blocks product lots or stops the line when nonconformities or defects are detected until corrective actions are completed.
  • •Informs management about detected nonconformities, violations and defects using nonconformity protocols.
  • •Monitors changes in route operational maps (MOC) and participates in the technologic control of drawings regarding material accuracy and size; organizes experiments and tests of new materials and semi-finished products.
  • •Participates in the improvement of input control and technological control of production and product quality.
