Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and labor/compliance requirements to ensure controlled and consistent delivery operations.
  • •Prepare for delivery by completing the ready-to-deliver checklist before leaving the delivery center and following delivery procedures for ready shipments.
  • •Handle shipment processing tasks such as checking addresses, sorting, and contacting customers to confirm delivery date and location.
  • •Achieve required delivery/receiving targets and update the operation system; return and hand over delivery bills to in-charge staff by the accepted time.
  • •Maintain safety and security standards, perform routine vehicle maintenance, follow delivery driving routes and time schedules, and provide efficient customer services including feedback and complaint handling.

Key Requirements

  • •High School degree or equivalent.
  • •2–5 years of experience in a Delivery Center.
  • •Valid Driver’s License & evidence of insurability.
  • •Forklift certificate.
  • •Knowledge of IT skills and Microsoft Office programs.
