Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing engineering team for the Identity Platform, defining culture, standards, and ways of working.
  • •Partner with Product, Compliance, and other engineering teams to deliver onboarding and compliance workflow capabilities across Ripple products.
  • •Integrate with vendors like Persona for KYC/KYB and own orchestration, persistence, and service layers connecting vendors to Ripple’s core systems.
  • •Lead design and governance of a core identity data model as a source of truth decoupled from legacy systems.
  • •Define and implement a technical roadmap and champion engineering excellence across design, testing, security, observability, and operational practices.
