Lead and scale Ripple’s Identity Platform team, a horizontal backbone for customer onboarding, compliance, and secure product experiences. Build the team from the ground up, define engineering standards and culture, and govern a trusted identity data model decoupled from legacy systems. Own vendor integrations (including Persona for KYC/KYB) and ensure reliable orchestration, persistence, and service layers for global, regulated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing engineering team for the Identity Platform, defining culture, standards, and ways of working.
•Partner with Product, Compliance, and other engineering teams to deliver onboarding and compliance workflow capabilities across Ripple products.
•Integrate with vendors like Persona for KYC/KYB and own orchestration, persistence, and service layers connecting vendors to Ripple’s core systems.
•Lead design and governance of a core identity data model as a source of truth decoupled from legacy systems.
•Define and implement a technical roadmap and champion engineering excellence across design, testing, security, observability, and operational practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 232,000 - 290,000 annually
