Job Summary

Develop and integrate complex aerospace and defense software solutions within cross-discipline agile teams. You’ll contribute to requirements, design, development, and testing of real-time embedded software, application software, and tools, coordinating with Systems and Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement, and validate systems. The role supports products including battle management, command & control, communications, effectors, and surveillance and warning systems.

•Collaborate in cross-discipline integrated product teams using agile techniques to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems for aerospace and defense.
•Participate in requirements, design, development, and testing of real-time embedded software, application software, and tools.
•Develop new work products or enhance existing applications and systems.
•Collaborate with Systems and Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement, and test systems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM discipline.
•Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in software development, integration, and/or test using C++, Java, C#, or similar OOP languages.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
•Experience with real-time embedded software, application software, and tools, including development or enhancement of applications and systems.
•Experience working in an Agile environment (e.g., Scrum, Scrum@Scale, SAFe, TDD, DevSecOps).
