  • •Identify performance gaps in tool availability, efficiency loss, and recovery execution, then design and execute improvement actions.
  • •Translate best practices across Micron fabs into sustainable site-level results.
  • •Promote automation and labor-saving initiatives using data analytics and AI to accelerate abnormal detection and problem solving.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, or improvement of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, industrial equipment, or automated production systems.
  • •Knowledge of electromechanical systems (e.g., motors, sensors, actuators, robotics, pneumatic systems, fluid delivery) and related automated equipment.
  • •Hands-on experience with equipment failure analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), preventive maintenance (PM), and continuous reliability improvement.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for documentation and technical presentations.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in English and work with global stakeholders.
