Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and support enterprise web applications, including hands-on J2EE-based development and production monitoring.
  • •Build and maintain React.js components/MFE modules, REST APIs, and microservices following scalable architecture and coding standards.
  • •Troubleshoot and debug production incidents, integration/API issues, performance problems, and deployment-related issues; perform RCA and implement fixes.
  • •Lead technical efforts across bug fixing, enhancements, code/design reviews, and unit/integration testing, coordinating with QA, Product, DevOps, Architects, and business teams.
  • •Mentor developers, provide guidance and documentation/runbooks, and maintain ownership of issues through resolution while managing customer expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of production monitoring experience in Java web/enterprise projects.
  • •Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, and REST APIs/microservices.
  • •Experience with Spring/Spring Boot and cloud technologies, including Java EE and Maven.
  • •Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills for production and integration issues.
  • •Experience leading a team, mentoring junior members, and working in kanban/ticket-based production support.
