•Support daily hatchery operations including egg handling, incubation, chick care, and facility maintenance.
•Make hourly checks of hatchers and setters, record problems, and make minor repairs when possible.
•Respond to hatchery alarms (turn failures, high temperature, low temperature) by repairing issues or notifying management.
•Perform security checks of hatchery doors and locking outside doors after daytime employees leave.
•Clean assigned areas per the Sanitation Supervisor and assist with continuous fumigation scheduling.

Key Requirements

•18 years of age or older.
•Must have a current, valid driver’s license and meet MVR requirements.
•Ability to follow detailed processes and work with minimal supervision.
•Ability to complete required logs and forms and communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization.
•Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended/rotating shift hours.
