Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale capital markets transformation program supporting the Canadian Fixed Income ecosystem. Coordinate multiple workstreams across business, operations, technology, and external stakeholders to align objectives, requirements, and delivery plans. Manage and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints while facilitating cross-team collaboration. Support governance, status reporting, and executive communications to keep milestones on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end delivery of a large-scale capital markets transformation program across business, operational, and technology workstreams.
•Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholder groups and organizations to maintain a unified delivery approach and shared objectives.
•Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints to achieve delivery outcomes.
•Facilitate collaboration across business, product, operations, and technology teams to keep requirements, priorities, and delivery plans aligned.
•Support governance activities, status reporting, and stakeholder communications with transparency on progress, risks, decisions, and milestones.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 118,000 - 152,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years delivering complex programs or large-scale transformation in capital markets or other highly regulated environments.
•Experience managing multiple workstreams, stakeholder groups, dependencies, and delivery teams within large programs.
•Strong understanding of program governance, risk management, planning, budgeting, and delivery methodologies.
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience engaging senior business, technology, and operational leaders.
•Business case development experience.
