Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with coordinating personnel and enforcing company policies, procedures, and food safety/GMP guidelines.
  • •Understand daily production requirements, set up line(s), and deploy personnel and tools to meet shift production needs.
  • •Perform functions in the assigned area and act as backup for personnel during absences or breaks.
  • •Gather and accurately record data to create reports (e.g., attendance/staffing, yields) and disseminate to appropriate personnel.
  • •Train/cross-train employees, support process improvements, and participate in departmental meetings while following safety initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •At least six (6) months relevant experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
  • •Demonstrated leadership skills and effective English communication (verbal and written); ability to communicate in multiple languages preferred.
  • •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • •Proficient computer and math skills; self-starter with initiative and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
