Key Responsibilities

  • •Shadow real users across systems, transactions, roles, and pain points to build the As-Is workflow.
  • •Design AI-enabled To-Be workflows and define how AI changes each task.
  • •Author product specs (inputs, outputs/UI, processing logic) and score for value and feasibility.
  • •Influence Go/No-Go decisions and secure executive sign-off on the product spec.
  • •Drive product development and execution of the ensuing roadmap and expansion.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Over 10 years managing and delivering enterprise AI solutions.
  • •Over 10 years in enterprise-level product management and 0-to-1 delivery.
  • •Strong problem-solving for mapping As-Is flows across departments/systems and identifying pain points and root causes.
  • •Engineering-oriented ability to validate feasibility end-to-end (users → UI → processing logic → APIs).
  • •Solid AI foundations, including agents and/or ML and/or optimization, plus experience with business systems and data landscapes (SAP S/4, BTP, Joule preferred).
