Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute long-term logistics strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • •Champion digitalization and innovation across warehouse and distribution center technology (automation, robotics, advanced WMS/ERP integration).
  • •Set and monitor logistics KPIs for cost, service, safety, and compliance, and oversee multi-warehouse operations.
  • •Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, GSP, EHS, and other regulatory standards; lead audits and remediation programs.
  • •Build and mentor leadership teams, drive change management, and manage budgeting for logistics operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Pharmacy is required; a Master’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
  • •15+ years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management, including at least 7 years in senior leadership roles.
  • •Proven ability to lead multi-site operations and large-scale change initiatives.
  • •Advanced certifications (e.g., CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, PMP) preferred.
  • •In-depth knowledge of SAP systems and advanced warehouse management systems.
