Job Summary

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair plant equipment and company assets while following Tyson safety rules and policies. Monitor production equipment, document needed corrections, perform preventive maintenance on weekends, and rebuild or adjust equipment as required. Assist with installation of new equipment and support maintenance across the facility. Work the 2nd shift and weekends, comply with OSHA standards and Lockout/Tagout, and complete required online training.

Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment.
•Monitor equipment during production and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
•Perform preventive maintenance on weekends and rebuild equipment as required.
•Assist with installation of new equipment and provide maintenance support across the entire facility.
•Work closely with other maintenance personnel, document corrections, and complete other duties as requested by the supervisor.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23.85 hourly

Key Requirements

•At least 3 months of maintenance experience (a maintenance/mechanical program can substitute).
•Willing and able to follow Safety Rules, including Lockout/Tagout.
•Comply with OSHA standards.
•Physically able to perform the job requirements (including climbing ladders, reaching/lifting overhead, and moving equipment over 40 pounds).
•Must be able to communicate and work well with others and complete mandatory online training.
