Lead Data Scientist

Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end data science solutions for Allianz UK Personal. You’ll own complex analytical problems, translate ambiguous requirements into scalable approaches, and apply advanced statistical, machine learning, and optimisation techniques to deliver measurable business value. As a senior member of the team, you’ll set standards for model performance and governance, coach and mentor data scientists, and ensure production models are validated, monitored, and maintained with ethical AI in mind.
