Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a product/technical liaison for customers, assisting with terrestrial IoT communications troubleshooting and performance optimization.
  • •Serve as a technical knowledge resource for training and content teams to improve customer self-help and support processes.
  • •Collaborate with Product and Cloud Operations teams to become an expert on Skydio cloud-connected products, 3rd party integrations, and operational best practices.
  • •Develop effective triage and resolution techniques to reduce escalations to engineering groups and improve time-to-resolution.
  • •Partner with internal support leaders and cross-functional Eng/Product teams to build and refine support processes that enhance customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years experience supporting and troubleshooting network and Cloud REST integration / connectivity issues
