Key Responsibilities

  • •Convert Salesforce opportunity forecasts into planning demand within Anaplan by translating commercial forecasts into supply planning drivers.
  • •Maintain and validate planning data (product structures, supplier info, pricing, lead times, and allocation parameters).
  • •Support supplier onboarding into NetSuite, Anaplan, and related planning systems and coordinate readiness (documentation, pricing setup).
  • •Convert approved, capacity-driven demand into purchase requisitions and purchase orders; coordinate supplier commitments and manage delivery schedules.
  • •Develop dashboards and KPIs, prepare planning data for weekly S&OP, identify supply risks, and partner with IT/business stakeholders to implement process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Materials Planning, or Supply Chain Analytics.
  • •Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • •Strong Excel skills for manipulating large datasets and excellent analytical/problem-solving ability.
  • •Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, operations, procurement, and commercial teams.
