Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide network infrastructure support for the 39th Information Operations Squadron, including administration and maintenance of NIPR, SOFNET-S, and AFSCI networks.
  • •Plan, design, install, and configure network equipment and services; terminate and install copper and fiber optic cabling as needed.
  • •Configure and maintain network resiliency components such as DNS databases, firewalls, server OS, RAIDS, and DMZ.
  • •Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance tuning while supporting mission-critical services like authentication, DNS, and DHCP.
  • •Develop and maintain documentation (e.g., SOPs, reports, knowledge articles, architecture maps) and perform configuration management and backups.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 95,000 annually
