Key Responsibilities

  • •Support 3D NPI and current product printer/accessories/service/LTC by ensuring timely factory parts availability.
  • •Drive resolution of parts/spec and AOS issues with GBU and manufacturing partners to meet production needs.
  • •Act as the focal/escalation point for materials AOS efforts across internal and external manufacturing partner factories.
  • •Manage and enforce accountability among parts/commodity owners and sustain production 100% uptime for shipment readiness.
  • •Collaborate with internal printer procurement and contribute to operational performance metrics for costs, quality, and delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience.
  • •Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in a supply chain related field, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years.
  • •Ability to support 3D NPI printer industrialization with timely parts availability under accelerated schedules.
  • •Experience resolving parts/spec and materials availability (AOS) issues to sustain production uptime and shipment requirements.
  • •Strong cross-org communication and results orientation to align internal teams and external manufacturing partners.
