Key Responsibilities

  • •Set direction and ensure consistent execution of environmental compliance across operating segments and construction projects.
  • •Coordinate environmental compliance, remediation, and company support by applying compliance and environmental program knowledge.
  • •Lead internal audits, manage field inspections, and review inspection reports to resolve potential compliance issues.
  • •Manage environmental permits from start to finish across all media, ensuring permit conditions are accurate and compliant with assessed risk.
  • •Represent the company in agency negotiations and evaluate regulatory applicability issues; also mentor entry-level employees and train users on compliance systems and procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 101,000 - 151,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in environmental, natural science, or engineering (preferred) and/or a combination of formal education and job-related experience.
  • •Typically 6–10 years of related experience in environmental compliance.
  • •Knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations and their applicability to operations.
