SVC Client Solutions Specialist I

Collect delinquent accounts by executing agreed collection strategies while following all collection policies, procedures, and guidelines. Deliver transparent, professional client service, including providing cure plans and negotiating payment arrangements. Manage client communications with integrity, document collection efforts in the system of record, use trained call scripts, and process payments and workflows. Meet performance goals for call activity, contact rates, and monitoring scores, and complete required CBT training.
