Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce monthly project cost reporting for management and serve as the go-to source for project financial information.
  • •Handle month-end close requirements including status and accrual reporting, charge-outs, and earned value journal entries in SAP.
  • •Forecast cash flow routinely (monthly/quarterly/annually/project life) and analyze projection-to-actual variance with cause of change.
  • •Review and approve contract drafts, purchase requisitions, and invoices/payment applications related to the project.
  • •Maintain PMWeb aligned with SAP, research vendor payment issues, support vendor bid/award cost comparisons, and improve reporting via automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or Mathematics (preferred).
  • •Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • •Strong communication and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • •Forecasting and basic budgeting experience with analytical thinking.
  • •Organizational skills and ability to collaborate with the project team.
