Key Responsibilities

•Drive executional excellence across assigned advertising verticals to ensure high-quality client engagements and measurable revenue growth.
•Raise operational excellence by establishing and driving adoption of best practices and standardizing processes across teams.
•Provide guidance on leveraging TikTok ad solutions to improve vertical-specific product adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and influence client strategies.
•Lead innovative programs and pilots to create vertical growth opportunities and proactively design frameworks for evolving client and market needs.
•Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, and mentor/guide team members to execute strategies and adopt best practices.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated passion for delivering outstanding client service and building long-term partnerships with brand and agency marketing decision-makers.
•Strong performance advertising track record, including experience scaling advertiser objectives across multiple media platforms.
•Proven ability to drive operational consistency and executional excellence at scale, establishing and standardizing best practices.
•Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to assess and optimize campaign performance.
•Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, including knowledge of tracking, attribution, and measurement tools (e.g., Pixel, API, MMPs, CLS, BLS, MMM, MTA)
