Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct country CRE leaders on major capital projects, ensuring consistent professional delivery and oversight of external providers.
  • •Manage the delivery of capital projects and design in support of acquisitions, including budget reporting and re-stacking exercises for strategic metro-plans.
  • •Plan, direct, and control facilities management (FM) identification and delivery within the country, ensuring service levels meet business requirements.
  • •Ensure compliance with country legislation and maintain FM operational risks at acceptable levels, including monitoring/reporting performance and cost.
  • •Provide property and technical consultancy/advisory to business partners on property strategies, portfolio rationalization, outsourcing/consultant engagement, and FM best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualification in real estate-related subject and/or business, economics, finance, or project management, with a minimum 10 years’ working experience in Corporate Real Estate.
  • •Extensive experience delivering capital projects in a corporate environment.
  • •Excellent construction project management skills.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of a broad range of facilities management (FM) activities and issues in large corporates.
  • •Strong interpersonal, people management, organisational and project management skills, with ability to work independently and engage senior professionals and service providers.
