  • •Receive construction and customer orders and process orders to dispatch software.
  • •Create and maintain logistics reports and track flowboy status throughout the day.
  • •Answer the customer service phone line, respond to customer needs, and communicate daily changes to ensure order completion and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics (or related field) or equivalent work experience.
  • •Highly organized with strong time-management skills for constantly changing priorities, including reporting and documentation abilities.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office Suite and comfort with technology.
  • •Customer-focused attitude and ability to maintain a high level of support for the logistics group.
  • •Availability for early morning start times, regular overtime, and evening/weekend availability by phone.
