Key Responsibilities

  • •Form AI delivery squads with Forward Deployed Engineers and local IT/global vertical teams.
  • •Shape and execute Operating Entity demand, turning use-case pain points into funded engagements.
  • •Steer multiple engagements in parallel across the full lifecycle, transferring patterns and lessons learned.
  • •Own build-to-run handover to global service or local IT teams, ensuring run teams are involved during delivery.
  • •Maintain the Operating Entity relationship after go-live and prepare structured communications and decision papers for senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in business, management, technology, or a related field.
  • •Experience steering delivery or programmes within a larger organization.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and the ability to shape roadmaps and executive decision materials.
  • •Ability to translate business problems into delivered software, ideally in insurance or another regulated environment.
  • •Comfort with AI technologies and GenAI platforms, plus English fluency in written and spoken form.
