Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall execution to delivery commitments for the value stream.
  • •Manage manufacturing operations strategy, control systems, tools, and metrics to measure progress and drive continuous improvement in a safe environment.
  • •Own unit hour performance and workforce forecasting/planning, including area layout and flow management.
  • •Oversee staffing budget and manage/cap overhead expense identification and control.
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while improving on-time delivery and reducing cycle time.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree (or equivalent) with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience in one or more areas: Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Control, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Quality.
  • •Strong management skills with the ability to make decisions with minimal supervision, set goals, delegate, coach, and motivate.
  • •High computer literacy with confidence using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and familiarity with Raytheon systems (PRISM, PDM, VBS).
  • •EVMS Certified. Metrics-driven.
