•Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up across in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels.
•Assess customer needs by gathering and processing customer/account information and recommending deposit and loan solutions aligned to goals.
•Maintain working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital products, and provide an optimal client experience (greeting and basic transactions).
•Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
•Educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services, leveraging resources and technologies to serve with operational excellence and accuracy.

•Ability to use and demonstrate digital products and self-service technologies with a digital-first mindset. NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z is required.
