Job Summary

Lead cross-functional Controllership integration across global operations, designing accounting transactions and related processes aligned with US GAAP, IFRS and local GAAP. Collaborate with FP&A, Legal, Treasury, Tax, IT, and external partners to develop integration roadmaps, governance, and KPIs; drive AI/automation initiatives, global process alignment, and executive communications to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development of an integration strategy aligned with deal models and accretion plans, translating objectives into detailed roadmaps with milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
•Design standard playbooks for non-standard transactions such as acquisitions, mergers, and country expansion.
•Define KPIs in coordination with GPOs to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement in Controllership.
•Identify and deploy high-impact AI/automation use cases to scale automated, data-driven operations across Controllership.
•Serve as a central integration point to ensure alignment across Global Process Owners, cross-functional partners, and technology teams.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in the international accounting environment, with 5+ years in a relevant role for the position.
•Expertise in US GAAP, IFRS and local statutory requirements.
•Robust experience with SOX audit framework.
•Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related subject area; project management certification a plus.
•Ability to drive work independently, identify solutions, implement them, and develop long-range strategies.
