Job Summary

Deliver high-quality personal training and member support on the gym floor while upholding Fitness First brand standards. Provide personalized fitness programs using your expertise in human physiology and exercise execution to ensure member safety and results. Support club events, maintain KPI performance, complete training and CPD requirements (MY ZONE, 6D, RISE), and handle required administrative tasks using the Fitness Enterprise System and related tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain excellent customer service and uphold Fitness First brand standards on the gym floor.
•Deliver personal training programs and member coaching, including correcting exercise form to ensure safety and effectiveness.
•Complete ongoing training and development requirements (MY ZONE, 6D, RISE) and meet CPD expectations.
•Perform minimum performance criteria, including delivering required 6D classes and managing personal training KPIs.
•Handle required administrative tasks, including updating sessions in the Fitness Enterprise System, managing rotas, and ensuring member signatures and documentation.

Key Requirements

•Secondary education (A level or equivalent).
•Personal Training certified (REPS A level) or working towards (enrolled).
•In-depth knowledge of MY ZONE, including using the belt at least 12 times monthly.
•Ability to complete required Fitness First education certifications (MY ZONE, 6D, RISE).
•Maintain REPS certification through ongoing CPD (10 CPD points per year).
