Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for licensing and supervision of Recognised Investment Exchanges, particularly for derivatives and virtual assets.
  • •Build and manage regulatory relationships with market stakeholders and other regulators.
  • •Stay current on regional and international regulatory changes and advise senior management on impacts to supervisory functions.
  • •Support the Director with oversight of policy and regulatory changes within the team.
  • •Assist in developing and administering rules, policies, procedures, and supervisory processes for market infrastructures and remote bodies/members.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 12 years of experience in the same field.
  • •Experience supervising Recognised Investment Exchanges.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of derivative and virtual asset (exchange/CLOB) trading.
  • •Expert knowledge of the FSRA Market Infrastructure Rulebook (MIR) – Chapter 3.
  • •Experience leading supervisory/regulatory teams and implementing regulatory policies.
