Key Responsibilities

•Oversee store operations during shift including managing staff, ordering, inbound receiving, stocking, and order picking/packing
•Assist Store Supervisor with scheduling shifts, staff selection, and maintenance tasks
•Assist with inventory management including stock assessments and replenishment to avoid stockouts
•Support inventory control through stock takes and cycle counts and ensure accurate inventory records
•Monitor fulfillment processes and suggest improvements to boost productivity and profitability

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in supermarket or restaurant environments
•strong communication skills and hands-on in using multiple tools
•robust interpersonal and intercultural skills; fluent English and Arabic would be advantageous
•ability to implement actions related to store shrinkage and maintain hygiene, sanitation, security and safety standards
•able to discuss issues with the Store supervisor and propose practical solutions
