Job Summary

Lead technical engagements with researchers and developers in Korea to build and deploy foundation models, acting as a trusted advisor and research partner. Drive co-authored breakthroughs, propose state-of-the-art training/optimization frameworks (Megatron-LM, Megatron-Bridge, NeMo-RL, TensorRT-LLM), and help transition experiments into production-ready environments using the NVIDIA AI stack in an interdisciplinary team.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Create fruitful technical engagements with top developers and influential researchers from universities or enterprises building foundation models in Korea and lead strategic relationships with them.
•Help them develop AI models more efficiently by proposing state-of-the-art training and optimization frameworks including Megatron-LM, Megatron-Bridge, NeMo-RL, or TensorRT-LLM.
•Promote the results of the collaboration between NVIDIA and those teams with the support of marketing teams by publishing press releases and presenting at events such as GTC.
•Advise on the transition from experimental code to large-scale, production-ready research environments, demonstrating the performance leap provided by the NVIDIA technology stack.
•Build and manage foundation model engagements with researchers and developers from partner universities and joint labs in Korea, acting as a trusted technical advisor.

Key Requirements

•PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience)
•Proven experience in managing complex technical projects and navigating corporate strategic goals
•5+ year hands-on experience in full AI model lifecycle, including pre-training, supervised fine-tuning, post-training such as reinforcement learning, optimization, and evaluation
•Experience with NVIDIA GPUs and software libraries
•Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
