Key Responsibilities

  • •Own delivery and industrialization of Robot products across new product introduction and in-life sustaining activities.
  • •Lead the integrated GSC plan for the portfolio by coordinating manufacturing engineering, tooling, manufacturing test, procurement, production planning, after sales, and external partners.
  • •Coordinate supplier selection inputs for outsourcing activities and ensure committed capacity is installed on time to deliver to markets on time and in full.
  • •Chair NPO portfolio reviews, manage project risk/issue identification and escalation, and produce project status reporting for portfolio health.
  • •Drive transformational process improvement, ensuring best practice project management and early adoption of new ways of working.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree-level qualification in a STEM discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • •Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously in a manufacturing/operations environment, preferably for new product introduction.
  • •Strong knowledge of governance including compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
  • •Experience managing CAPEX budgets across multiple projects and supporting commercial aspects of a manufacturing business (e.g., sales or purchasing).
  • •Knowledge of ISO13485, APQP, ISO9001, IATF16949, and VDA 6.3 (Automotive).
