Key Responsibilities

  • •TQM Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive TQM strategy tailored to the specific needs and goals of the R&D department.
  • •Process Mapping and Redesign: Analyze existing R&D processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
  • •Bring in TQM Culture: Lead the change management process to foster a culture of quality excellence within the R&D team.
  • •TQM Tools & Training: Identify and implement TQM tools, methodologies, and quality management systems; develop and deliver training programs.
  • •Cross-Functional Collaboration & Audits: Collaborate with R&D, QM, LCM and other departments; conduct regular internal assessments to evaluate effectiveness
