Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions spanning ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, architect scalable implementations, and provide technical leadership for teams and junior consultants. Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP and MID Servers, ensure security/compliance, and support pre-sales activities such as demos and proposal development.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
•Gather requirements with stakeholders, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
•Customize and configure ServiceNow applications while maintaining platform integrity.
•Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers; support pre-sales with solutioning, demos, and proposal development.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Proven experience delivering successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
•Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
•Experience customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications, with Agile and DevOps practices.
