Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct the request queue and recurring upkeep work across the shift, unblocking people and clearing requests within service-level targets.
  • •Lead and manage team members across shifts, running check-ins/coaching, facilitating trials, managing time cards, and coordinating with a staffing vendor/agency.
  • •Audit prop team work against the queue and coordinate with operations leads and researchers; provide feedback and tooling requirements, flagging gaps.
  • •Maintain cross-shift continuity by reviewing handover notes, setting priorities, writing incoming/outgoing shift handovers, and varying hours across Mon–Fri.
  • •Own execution of the team’s concept of operations day-to-day process playbook.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing, scheduling, and motivating an hourly, shift-based workforce (people-management experience strongly preferred).
  • •Detail-oriented, organized, and high-ownership approach with comfort operating against evolving standard operating procedures.
  • •Clear communication skills working with researchers and the operations team on process questions.
  • •Ability to direct work and manage people as the primary responsibility, stepping in hands-on only when needed.
  • •If you lack formal people-management experience, you must have an explicit development plan before hiring.
