Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, configure, and maintain ServiceNow MID Servers across multiple environments to support Discovery and integrations.
  • •Monitor MID Server health, performance, availability, and end-to-end connectivity for stable platform operations.
  • •Manage MID Server lifecycle operations including upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and security certificate renewals.
  • •Troubleshoot MID Server communication and connectivity issues involving credentials, firewalls, routing, and network access.
  • •Support Discovery, CMDB accuracy, integrations, and operational procedures by reviewing logs, coordinating firewall/DNS needs, and performing root-cause analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CySA+, CCNA Security).
  • •9+ years (or commensurate experience) with ServiceNow MID Servers deployment, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • •Hands-on support of ServiceNow ITOM workflows, Discovery schedules, and CMDB data consistency.
  • •Operational understanding of secure communication baselines, firewall requirements, and certificate management.
  • •Experience troubleshooting credential behaviors and connectivity issues (Active Directory, SNMP, SSH, WMI) across network boundaries and multi-domain integrations.
