Job Summary

Support the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) team by deploying, configuring, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting ServiceNow MID Servers that securely connect the ServiceNow platform to on-premises and cloud infrastructure. Ensure CMDB accuracy, Discovery, service mapping, event management, orchestration, and third-party integrations. Collaborate with infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, and server administration teams, including lifecycle management, log review, and root-cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, configure, and maintain ServiceNow MID Servers across multiple environments to support Discovery and integrations.
•Monitor MID Server health, performance, availability, and end-to-end connectivity for stable platform operations.
•Manage MID Server lifecycle operations including upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and security certificate renewals.
•Troubleshoot MID Server communication and connectivity issues involving credentials, firewalls, routing, and network access.
•Support Discovery, CMDB accuracy, integrations, and operational procedures by reviewing logs, coordinating firewall/DNS needs, and performing root-cause analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CySA+, CCNA Security).
•9+ years (or commensurate experience) with ServiceNow MID Servers deployment, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
•Hands-on support of ServiceNow ITOM workflows, Discovery schedules, and CMDB data consistency.
•Operational understanding of secure communication baselines, firewall requirements, and certificate management.
•Experience troubleshooting credential behaviors and connectivity issues (Active Directory, SNMP, SSH, WMI) across network boundaries and multi-domain integrations.
